Assets You Can Trade on DigiFinex

Fees explained
As of September 2026, DigiFinex charges 0.150% maker and 0.200% taker on Main Board spot trades at VIP 0 (source: DigiFinex spot trading fee schedule). That is a real maker taker fee split, so a resting limit order costs a quarter less than a market order that fills against one.
Seven VIP levels run off 30-day trading volume, and the published rungs are set out below (source: DigiFinex spot trading fee schedule). DigiFinex also offers a discount for users holding its DFT token, applied on top of the tier rate.
| VIP level | 30-day volume required | Maker | Taker |
|---|---|---|---|
| VIP 0 | Entry tier | 0.150% | 0.200% |
| VIP 1 | 100,000 USDT | 0.120% | 0.180% |
| VIP 4 | 20,000,000 USDT | 0.050% | 0.120% |
| VIP 6 | 500,000,000 USDT | 0.000% | 0.080% |
DigiFinex does not publish a fiat deposit fee, a card fee, or a fixed withdrawal table, so the cost of funding and exiting an account is not verifiable in advance.
A cost estimate for a $500 purchase on DigiFinex and LBank appears here once the published fee schedules are verified.
History and ownership
DigiFinex publishes very little about itself. Its corporate pages returned no readable content to RampAtlas in September 2026, and its support centre sits behind a bot challenge. No parent company, shareholder, management team, or audited account could be confirmed from a primary source.
RampAtlas checked the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission list of licensed virtual asset trading platforms, the Japan Financial Services Agency register of crypto asset exchange service providers, and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets crypto register in September 2026. No DigiFinex entity appears on any of them, so there is no supervisor to complain to, no capital requirement behind your balance, and no register entry you can check independently.
That places DigiFinex in the offshore tier alongside most of its direct competitors. It is a common arrangement rather than an unusual one, and the point is not that the exchange is doing something irregular but that almost nothing about it can be verified from outside before you deposit.
Products and markets
The market list is the one part of the business that answers a plain request, and it is substantial. DigiFinex's public API returned 680 spot symbols in September 2026, of which 661 are quoted in Tether, 13 in Bitcoin, 3 in USDC, and 2 in Ethereum (source: DigiFinex public API, spot symbols endpoint).
That is a large altcoin venue built almost entirely on a single stablecoin quote currency. In practice it means two things. First, you are pricing everything against Tether rather than against a currency you spend, so a move in Tether's peg moves your whole book. Second, you need Tether before you can trade, which pushes the funding question back one step to wherever you acquire it.
Depth across 680 pairs will vary by orders of magnitude. On the majors the fee is the cost; on a thinly traded token the spread and the slippage on a market order will be several times the 0.200% commission, and a limit order is the only sensible instrument. Anyone buying a mainstream asset should compare venues with fiat rails first, at Buy Bitcoin and Buy Tether.
Security record and custody
RampAtlas could not retrieve a proof-of-reserves page, a custody policy, a cold storage statement, an insurance disclosure, or a security certification from a primary DigiFinex source in September 2026. We also found no hack, insolvency, or enforcement action against DigiFinex in any primary, court, or regulator source we checked.
Both statements need reading together. On a cex you do not hold the private key; the exchange does, and your balance is an unsecured claim on the company. What normally compensates for that is some combination of a regulator, an external audit, a proof of reserves attestation, and a documented custody model. Here none of the four is inspectable, so there is nothing to weigh in the exchange's favour and nothing recorded against it either.
A proof-of-reserves page is inexpensive to produce and most competitors in this tier now publish one. Its absence, next to a 680-pair market list and a detailed seven-tier fee ladder, suggests a company that documents what brings in volume and not much else.
Deposits and withdrawals
Nothing on the funding side could be confirmed from a primary DigiFinex source in September 2026. With the market list quoted almost entirely in Tether, the realistic route in is an on-chain stablecoin transfer from a wallet you already control.
| Method | Published fee |
|---|---|
| Fiat deposit | Not published |
| Card purchase | Not published |
| Bank withdrawal | Not published |
| Per-token network withdrawal | Not published |
That is also the safer route, because the network fee on such a transfer is visible to you before you send and a card markup is not. Before committing a meaningful balance, deposit a small amount, trade a fraction of it, and withdraw the rest, noting the fee and the elapsed time on each leg. An exchange that is expensive or slow on the way out is a problem worth discovering with a small sum.
Support and usability
DigiFinex runs a help centre with articles covering trading mechanics, and the fee schedule cited above comes from it. Response times and support quality could not be assessed from a primary source, and RampAtlas does not score support on testimonials a company selects and displays itself.
The usability finding we can make directly is that a prospective customer cannot read most of this exchange's terms from outside an account. The fee ladder is published clearly, which is more than some competitors manage, but the deposit terms, the withdrawal schedule, and the corporate information are not. Comparison shopping is therefore possible on trading cost alone and on nothing else.

DigiFinex suits an experienced trader who already holds Tether, wants access to a long altcoin list, and posts limit orders to take the 0.150% maker rate. The tier ladder is clearly published and the maker fee reaching zero at the top tier is a genuine incentive for high-volume liquidity providers.
Look elsewhere if you need a fiat on-ramp you can price in advance, published proof of reserves, or a regulator standing behind the account, since none of the three is available here. For a first purchase, or for any balance you would mind losing, use a venue with a named supervisor and open terms. Compare the options at Compare and Singapore.
